At the age of 15, Fundraised to build a school roof in El Salvador, then spearheaded basic amenities supply-drive like clothes and eye-wear for kids at my High-School.

As the Spokesperson of ABSA at UofO, spearheaded multiple fundraiser dinners, events and peaceful marches for over 10.000 people in the following causes: 1. Breast Cancer Awareness Canada 2. Haiti Tsunami Relief 3. Lebanese Orphanages 4. Palestinian Refugees 5. The Arab Spring clothing and food drive 6. Rwandan Genocide

SCHOOL BUILDING IN RURAL NICARAGUA, Me to We/Free the Children - Managua, Nicaragua
Through GCELE, Me to We & Free the Children, worked on “Adopt a Village” project by building a school & playground atop the rural hills of El Trapiche while being immersed in the holistic and sustainable employment projects of Deaf communities and Fair Trade Coffee of “Cafe de las Sonrisas”.

PTTG: A 15,000 GREENING SUSTAINABILITY EVENT in 9 Countries & 15 Cities
Paint the Town Green: Organized a 15,000 greening sustainability volunteer run event in 9 Countries and 15 Cities - Canada, China, Panama, India, Brazil, Vietnam, Mexico, Korea and Turkey. The largest event ever at the first college in Ontario, Centennial College. In honor of it’s 50th Anniversary, had the 3D Toronto Sign and CN Tower lit green in recognition of PTTG. The result of this initiative was a national premium award, 2 presidential awards and a letter of recognition from Premiere Justin Trudeau.

CHILDREN'S BOOK DONATION "NO PARROTS IN SPACE" (AUTHOR)
No Parrots in Space! A children’s book aimed to highlight ‘Representation on Television’ with an equity lens on color, religion, invisible illness and race. This initiative was inspired post the private function with the Prince William and Duchess Kate on Representation of Children on Television and YouTube. No Parrots in Space! Was featured at TIFF Bookstore in Toronto and gifted to Sick Kids Hospital & Children's Book Bank in Canada; Mi Primeria school in Mexico; and a rural school in Uganda. I was later invited to become an Inspirational Speaker across the TDSB (school districts in Toronto) on Financial Literacy and Success as a Refugee and Immigrant.

UNICEF STC WITH SOCIAL ORPHANS IN KAZAKHSTAN - Shymkent, Kazakhstan
In a meeting with the Official Presidential Representative, spearheaded the project of UNICEF STC working with Social Orphans through sustainable TOT Suitcase Training for local psychologists, teachers and NGOs. Kazakhstan ranks as the #1 country in children suicide marking this project as the first on-the-ground qualitative UNICEF project in the country.

YEMEN FUNDRAISER: WORLD'S LARGEST HUMANITARIAN CRISIS - IRC, Toronto, Canada
With 80% of Yemen’s population, 29 million + in need of aid and over 53% children having experienced stunned growth due to malnutrition, a fundraiser of $3500 was raised by friends and family to support the IRC’s mission in Yemen.

COVID19 ONLINE FESTIVAL FUNDRAISER FOR ARTISTS - BachataFemmes, Global
100% of All profits went towards the support of 18 artists from 13 countries during Covid19: Spain, Italy, Poland, Hungary, Egypt, Dominican Republic, France, Mexico, Russia, Kazakhstan, Palestine, Ukraine, Colombia.

COMUNA 13 FOOD DRIVE - Santa Teresa, Medellin, Colombia
Honoured by the leader of Comuna 13, considered once one of the most dangerous neighbourhoods in the world, in the launch of the very first food drive to the highest and poorest point in Medellin. The road is pure dirt and rocks and the walk is about an hour up and an hour down and only accesible by foot. Each participant carried between 10-40 kg of food bags.

THE MUSLIM PIONEER SISTERS INITIATE MULTI-CULTURALISM DAY AT CHRISTIAN SCHOOL IN THE CAPITAL - St.Patrick’s High School, Ottawa, Canada
Post 9/11 and with the guidance of Nicole Levesque, the chaplain at St. Patrick's High School - and most inspiring light-worker, the only two identifiable Muslims (myself and my sister) initiated for the first time in the highschool’s history: Mass alongside the priest, Ramadan PA Announcements, The Social Club and Multi-Culturalism Day. In honor of the impactful change we brought to the school, we were honored with the title of ‘The Pioneers of St. Patrick’s High School.’

UNICEF STC PILOT PROJECT WITH SYRIAN REFUGEE CHILDREN - Beirut, Lebanon
Launch of the STC, The Storytelling Club, a cooperative venture by UNICEF & Prix Jeunesse Foundation, in Beirut to promote the resilience, creativity and mental health of children in difficult life situations. In Lebanon we worked with Syrian Refugee children and their stories of strength & resilience.

MAKING DREAMS A REALITY BY BRINGING TEDx TO THE FIRST COLLEGE IN ONTARIO - Toronto, Canada
As the primary license holder and organizer, I had the honor of making a 5 year dream come true by taking on this initiative of hosting the first ever TEDx during my tenor as Director of The Storytelling Club to make this dream come true. Najwa Zebian, Melissa Grelo & Tahani Aburaneh are some of the phenomenal speakers who honoured the stage at the college inspiring and moving thousands of people with their stories of strength and resilience.

VR STORYTELLING: REGENT PARK GENTRIFICATION PROJECT — Toronto, Canada
From Nuit Blanche, a 24 hr art installation that harbours over 1 million visitors each year, to Regent Park Film Festival in Toronto— The Immersed in Youth’s Stories of Toronto: Building a Sense of Community through VR Storytelling launched. Deep Dives & Developed Narratives: 1) Gentrification 2) Being Black, Skin Color & Shadism, 3) Sexual Assault within and outside the community. What audiences said: “It was painful and I wanted to get out, but I stayed because this is what our boys feel like, this is our life. And for the first time I really felt what privilege felt like when I exited that VR experience.” “The gun reminded me of my fellow Somali community. It was triggering but it was the kind of trigger that causes social change.” “Every youth in incarceration centres should see this, because they can reclaim their king-ship.”

BACHATA FUNDRAISER FOR THE BODY-ABLED "BLINDNESS - Almaty, Kazakhstan
In an a docu-interview with Ms. Lyazzat Kaltaeva, Chairwoman of the National Council of the Women with Disabilities & Shyrak Organization, a fundraiser was birthed to support blindness awareness in Kazakhstan, where people who carry disabilities have extremely limited access to basic resources including higher education.

BEIRUT PORT EXPLOSION FUNDRAISER, LEBANESE RED CROSS - Beirut, Lebanon
Cofounded the “Beirut Rising Jewelry” of Mavia Designs where 100 % of the profits went to support the Lebanese Red Cross in what was known as the 2nd Hiroshima of the World.
