Retreat Media Consent
Participant Agreement
By participating in the Rūh dë Espěranzâ Jungle Retreat organized by School of Ikigai,
participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. **Assumption of Risk:** Participants understand and accept the inherent risks associated with retreat activities, including but not limited to [Yoga, Breathwork, Sound Healing, Hiking, Swimming, Energy Work, etc.].
2. **Personal Responsibility:** Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, including flights, visas, and travel insurance. It is highly recommended that participants purchase travel and medical insurance for the duration of the retreat.
3. **Liability Waiver:** School of Ikigai and its employees, affiliates, and representatives shall not be held liable for any personal injury, medical injury, property damage, or loss that may occur during the retreat. Participant agrees to indemnify and hold the organizer, School of Ikigai, harmless against any claims arising from participation.
4. **Medical and Travel Insurance:** Participants are advised to obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other potential risks.
5. **Emergency Procedures:** In case of an emergency, School of Ikigai, will assist participants to the best of its ability, but it is ultimately the participant’s responsibility to have adequate insurance coverage.
By booking and participating in the retreat, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer.
