Role Overview

The Retreat Sales Guru is a master in translating the magic of retreats into the hearts of recurring, new and specifically hesitating retreaters.  The Retreat Guru leads the enrollment for School of Ikigai retreats and immersive experiences. This role involves connecting with prospective participants, answering their questions, and guiding them toward the retreat experience that best aligns with their needs.

The Guru ensures that potential participants feel informed, supported, and confident in joining the retreat journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential retreat participants via outreach and conversations
• Answer questions about retreat programs and experiences
• Guide prospective participants through the enrollment process
• Maintain strong communication and follow-up with interested individuals

Ideal Candidate

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in sales, client relations, or coaching environments
• Ability to build trust and meaningful conversations
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

Compensation

This role is commission-based earned through successful enrollment of participants into retreat experiences.
