Role Overview
The Director of Global Partnerships supports the expansion of School of Ikigai’s corporate workshops and cultural programming initiatives. This role focuses on building relationships with organizations interested in leadership development, resilience training, and purpose-driven programming.
The director helps identify and cultivate partnerships with companies, institutions, and organizations interested in hosting workshops, cultural & kids/youth programs, or wellness sessions.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify potential corporate partners and organizational clients
• Facilitate introductions and conversations with decision makers
• Support development of corporate workshops and programs
• Secure Corporate Sponsorships & Grants
• Collaborate on partnership strategy and outreach
Ideal Candidate
• Strong network in corporate, institutional, or nonprofit sectors
• Experience in partnerships, business development, or consulting
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Passion for leadership development and wellbeing initiatives
